Trace Hobson
Trace Hobson is a psychological health and safety consultant, systemic coach, and creator of Safe Space Systemic Leadership & Coaching™. He helps healthcare leaders, teams, and organizations move from survival to systemic renewal by creating spaces where presence, co-regulation, and real transformation can begin.
Trace Hobson doesn’t just speak about safe space—he creates it. In rooms filled with complexity, burnout, and disconnection, Trace opens a door to something deeper: presence, truth, and transformation.
As the founder of Trace Hobson Training & Coaching and host of the Safe Space Made Simple podcast, Trace has helped hundreds of healthcare leaders, teams, and organizations move from fragmentation and distress toward cultures of psychological and neurobiological safety. But the heart of his work started much closer to home.
In this heartfelt keynote, Trace shares the raw and real story of how creating a safe space—first for himself, then for his three daughters navigating trauma and mental health challenges—changed everything. Through personal experience and professional insight, he’ll show how presence, compassion, and nervous system awareness aren’t just leadership tools—they’re lifelines.
Whether you’re a parent, partner, leader, or caregiver, this session will invite you to:
• Re-imagine what safety really means
• Hear what distress is trying to say
• Move from fixing to connecting
• Build a safe space meeting

Gagan Singh
Community builder
Mail: gagan@instaberry.ca
Gagan Singh is a marketing expert and community builder with deep roots in the farming industry. With experience leading large-scale teams across North America, he now focuses on bridging the gap between farmers and the public. Through his work in organizing farmers’ markets and fostering local connections, he empowers communities to take action and build a more sustainable future.
Why Local Farming Is More Important Than Ever
In today’s world of global supply chains, rising food insecurity, and farm collapse, local farming isn’t just nostalgic — it’s essential.
As the founder of the Farming Innovation Hub and a passionate advocate for BC farmers, I’ve seen firsthand how reconnecting people to their local food systems strengthens communities, supports farmers, and rebuilds trust in where our food comes from.
In this talk, I’ll share:
Why small farms are the backbone of resilient food systems
How local farming reduces waste, lowers emissions, and boosts local economies
Why community connection — not just production — is the heart of sustainable farming
We’ll explore how grassroots solutions like microplots, farmer-direct markets, and food stabilization centers are transforming BC’s agricultural landscape — and why your role as an eater, neighbor, and citizen matters more than ever.
Local farming isn’t just about food — it’s about creating the world we want to live in.
